Sponsorship
My name is Russell Brown. I live in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire. I am 15 years old and entering my second full year of motorcycle road racing at National Level.
I am very aware that motorcycle racing is an expensive sport and I am very grateful of the support I’ve received from all my supporters and business partners throughout the last two years of racing.
For information on all my sponsors for 2012 click here.
I am in the process of raising the £15,000 needed to fund my 2012 season and there are many ways in which individuals and companies can support my racing, either in terms of:
- direct financial sponsorship in sums of £50, £100 or £500,
- through the supply of components, consumables (e.g. brake pads and lubricants)
- equipment (e.g. gloves and helmets)
- services(e.g. painting and welding)
- offering a discount on their products

NLSQBC is a great place for kids to start riding. Anyone interested in off-road bikes and quads should have a look at their website and go along to have some fun.
The club is a recreational club giving riders the opportunity to improve on their riding skills, personal confidence, knowledge of their environment and understand the contribution they can make as responsible riders and members of society. For both riders and adult volunteers as an on-going commitment to rider safety we will be running or organising training courses throughout the year. So have a look around their website, then contact Bob Reid if you are interested in joining. They offer training and development opportunities in First Aid, Marshalling, Bike Maintenance, Riding skills and Rider Coaching
See NLSQBC for details
